Initiated in 2006, Printed Matter’s NY Art Book Fair (NYABF) is one of the leading international gatherings for the distribution of artists’ books, celebrating the full breadth of the art publishing community. A signature program of Printed Matter, this weekend-long event furthers the organization's mission of supporting the distribution, understanding, and appreciation of artists’ books by offering an opportunity for global artist-publishers to find new audiences for their work and engage in a dialogue with the public, as well as to build relationships and share resources with their peers.The Fair hosts nearly 300 exhibitors from around the world, including a broad range of artists and collectives, small presses, institutions, galleries, antiquarian booksellers, and distributors. NYABF draws tens of thousands of visitors each year, including artists’ book professionals, high school and college students, and audiences from every corner of the cultural sector.

Wortbilder und den Film so VIELE Tiere zeigen wir am Sa. 9. und So. 10. Juli 2011 von 12 bis 20 Uhr in den Räumen des Archivs für Künstlerbücher, Türkenstr. 60, 80799 München. Die Ausstellung findet im Rahmen von Kunst im Karrée statt. Vielleicht wird eine Signierstunde draus. Ein Projekt von Hubert Kretschmer, Jutta Laurer, Ctjhaeuser und Berengar Laurer.
Von Fall zu Fall erlauben wir uns in kleinen Mix- und Teamprojekten Ausflüge der Extra-Art, wie: Wortmarken (Berlin, Bremen, Köln), Selbstläufer-Hefte (München), Ihr persönlicher Politmix, bitte' (Projekt Berlin), Projekt Kuckucksei (München) - unter dem Motto: Haltungen, verschiedene, im und zum Vielerlei.
Wir sind eine sehr heterogene, eine sehr disparate Künstler-Gruppe - alt und gepflegt -, die Heteromorphes zunehmend zum optischen Thema macht. Individuelle Arbeiten nach unterschiedlichen Richtungen: politisch, digital, analog, Strasse, Land, methodisch, Acryl, Theorie, Diebstahl. Auf drei Feldern betätigen wir uns: WEB - PRINT - RAUM. Seit 2009 geben wir im Verlag Hubert Kretschmer, München, eine eigene Zeitschrift heraus: Elf so VIELE Hefte liegen bisher vor.
